Wayfarer

Many things came together and caused the collapse of civilization a long time ago. You find yourself in the aftermath. An empty and vast leftover of what the previous generation once loved. Not many are left. Water and heat are everywhere. Distance becomes a death trap. Food is sparse. Eat what you can find, no matter where you find it or what it is. Seeds of plants are worth more than gold... when it was worth anything.

You are looking for a place. There are many rumors about it. A promise for a better life. A place where life can grow again. Nobody has come back from that journey of hope. Either they made it...or they became one with the desert.
You will surely give it a try. Maybe someone will make it this time. Maybe it is you.

Wayfarer is a short open-world-survival-walking simulator. Goal is to find a place called Oasis. The game features async multiplayer elements. You can read messages of dead players and find loot in their remains. If you die, you can decide to leave a message for others.
